chinese food – Spring roll?

 

這叫啥,越南的米皮嗎?
朋友跟我吵著說要吃道地春捲,只不過這買不到菜市場剛做好的春捲皮(不過看了一想網路教學自己做皮也不是不可能的事),只好試試這種乾皮沾水軟化使用。只不過這種皮就是要炸過才能吃,混著素肉跟炒麵給他包了下去炸,還挺有趣的。(因為我家的春捲都喜歡包炒麵)再這麼搞下去我在西班牙都可開餐廳了。
