Can you be an anarchist without any action/movementm/jail experience?  

its just like can you be a batman without batman suit and cars, oh i almost forgot, you against car pollution, oh no wait, what was it? was it becuase of the oil war? oh no, it must becuase of the climate change, becuase it is the hotest issue in revolution.
