Sanying tribe/City tribe in Taipei, Taiwan

3/2 when you were sleeping in your bed, I was with friends in this city tribe Sanying located under the bridge, there were houses made of plank, last month the excavator had already ran over 2/3 of the broken houses, now they are back, already to take the rest of of what they have. what was this for?
